Kanata Policies
Check-in time 16:00. Check-out time 11:00.
We require 24 hours’ notice should cancelation be required. Canceling your reservation before 6:00 PM (local hotel time) on the day prior to your reservation will result in no charge. Cancelation after this time or failing to arrive will result in a charge of one night per room to your credit card. Taxes may apply. Failing to call or arrive before check-out time after the first night of a reservation will result in cancellation of the remainder of your reservation.
The person booking the room must be a legal adult must be occupying the room. Photo identification will be required on check-in. Anyone smoking in a non-smoking room or area will be subject to a $500.00 fine. The rate quoted is based on the information selected and room type selected. If a different room type, number of guests, or length of stay is required the quoted rate may change. The rate as quoted is for the room and room taxes only. There may be additional charges for additional services.
Family Policy – Persons under 18 years of age are not permitted to book or remain in a room unaccompanied. Rooms are booked based on double occupancy with an additional charge for each extra adult. Photo identification will be required on check-in.
Pet Policy – Pet rooms are available but supply may be limited. An additional charge of $20/night will apply. Guests are required to sign the Pet Code of Conduct for pets onsite. If this code is not followed you may be required to vacate the property and/or a penalty charge may apply.

Extra Adult – Available – $10 CAD Per Additional Adult.
Extra Child (under 18)- Available – No Extra Charge.
Crib – Available – No Extra Charge. Subject to availability.
