Nice place. Beds real good but breakfast not so good. So tired of dealing with hotel staff that have poor engish skills. I mean come on hospitality industry. This is Alberta we speak english..... learn the language please is all. You talk to them they node their heads and say yes but don't know what your asking . Im frustrated with that issue. Its not just here almost every place lve been to lately.

The lady at the front deck was very friendly and helpful. Very clean and comfortable rooms. We were there for two great nights. The rooms were decorated very nicely. Beds and pillows were super! Didn't want to get out of the bed.Breakfast was good as will. We will be returning again.

I travel a lot for work & find the average hotel rather 'ho hum', so attention to small things makes a big difference for me. Kanata is one such place.
Most hotel beds are utilitarian & not the best quality. I loved the soft, pillowy feel of the King I slept in - definitely not the norm for most places.
Room decor was inviting and pleasant.
Most hotels offer some sort of a 'free breakfast', although one is never quite sure what that actually means. I was pleasantly surprised by the array of hot & cold offerings of this facility. Waffles, pancakes, sausage, bacon, eggs, decent hash browns along with a great selection of breads, fruit, cereal, yoghurt & drinks. Even the breakfast room had a warm, welcoming environment.

Held a conference at this hotel and it was excellent. The food was very good and the staff were most accommodating. The conference room was very well equipped for the meeting to proceed successfully. The room I was appointed was fantastic! What a pleasant surprise to have a suite assigned to me: granite eating counter with microwave/bar fridge/coffee maker, couch/chair and fireplace in the "living room", bedroom was a separate room with a magnificent comfortable kingsize bed, jacuzzi tub, shower and steamer combined. A lovely treat!
